SAM Sensory and Consumer Research strengthens its global position with the acquisition of PPL Insights in the U.K.

PPL Insights, a sensory and product consumer research agency based in the U.K., has been acquired by SAM Sensory and Consumer Research (SAM), a company within the Eurofins network of companies.

PPL Insights will become SAM-PPL Insights, with its current Managing Director, Yvonne Taylor remaining with the business as Managing Director of SAM-PPL Insights. Both companies have enjoyed a positive working relationship for many years, and the new partnership will allow them to offer services on a larger global scale and provide increased market coverage to its clients.

SAM-PPL Insights will benefit from access to experts and research solutions across SAM and the wider Eurofins network. 

The acquisition represents another step forward in SAM’s goal to become the leader in sensory and consumer research.
