Our client was working on a new product idea to add to their range of ethnic products and needed guidance in determining fundamental elements of the offering.
Our Approach
SAM-PPL conducted consumer co-creation groups in France where product ideas, branding, pack composition and flavour options were all explored.
Consumers were split into groups who then moved round bespoke test stations to focus on the four topic areas.
Outcome
Clear guidance was achieved for the product name and the most desirable recipes to include in range, as well as for the style of packaging and on-pack comms.
