Challenge

A major activewear brand aimed to improve their core seamless bras by addressing concerns around sizing, support, and comfort. With product updates in development, they needed quick feedback to guide final design decisions.

Approach

SAM transformed its facility into comfortable and flexible changing rooms big enough to exercise and equipped with ipads to conduct in-person try-ons with women across sizes range XS–XXL, supported by surveys and follow-up interviews. Participants evaluated the fit, support, and comfort of the product for current and updated styles.

Outcome

The brand received precise, size-specific recommendations to optimize each silhouette for enhanced comfort and support. These insights empowered confident, data-driven decisions during the final design phase—reducing production risks, elevating guest satisfaction, and ensuring a smoother go-to-market process.
