SAM at ESN Fall Meeting

SAM Sensory and Consumer Research attended the European Sensory Network Fall Meeting at the end of November in Denmark where Martin Kern presented the second part of a sustainability project together with Helen Vaikma from TFTAK.

After having measured consumer’s behaviour towards sustainability, SAM Sensory and Consumer Research took the lead of the second part of the project to understand if there is a gap between consumers’ sustainable choices and their own sustainability values.

SAM’s Director, Simon Hails, presented as part of Sensory and Consumer Meeting Interest Group (MIG) agenda on Story Telling in Product Research; exploring how stories bring data to life – communicating complex messaging, conveying abstract experiences, bringing people together and providing inspiration and motivation.
