After the virtual conferences of the last few years, it was great to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new sensory experts in person in Finland. Eurosense 2022 was an extremely busy conference with SAM Sensory and Consumer Research involved in various workshop events and presentations.
Alongside oral presentations delivered by Lise Dreyfuss (Increasing validity, consumer insights and return on research by integrating gamification into sensory and consumer research studies) and Simon Hails (Using research design to minimise the environmental impact of your product development process), SAM were involved in two interactive workshop sessions, hosting ‘Consumer Involvement in Research. Know your Consumer!’ and moderating together with the ESN, ‘Towards good consumer data quality’.
Furthermore, SAM presented six research posters exploring:
