After more than 19 years supporting companies innovate and optimise their products, Martin Kern will retire at the end of this month.

Martin’s commitment to research excellence has been invaluable to the SAM business, his colleagues and many global brands across the world. His attention to detail and his client-centred approach have underpinned his many achievements and successes. Martin joined SAM in 2005 and has been instrumental in shaping and driving the success of the business in various leading roles, alongside his esteemed position of Treasurer and Vice Chair for the ESN Network.

We thank Martin for his longstanding leadership throughout almost two decades; his leadership, knowledge and dedication have ensured SAM is at the forefront of innovation, supporting our clients in their success.

Acknowledging Martin’s keen focus and interest in Eonology throughout his career, we will all be toasting his retirement from SAM and the wider sensory research industry with a glass of good wine.
