Your responsibilities

  • To set up, run and analyse routine sensory and consumer tests ensuring that all documented procedures relevant to Project Management are adhered to, working with colleagues if required.
  • To supervise casual staff during testing and to assist with their induction and training programme.
  • To be accountable for the cleanliness of the facility; ensuring that all cleaning is carried out in accordance with Company procedures.
  • To be accountable for sample handling and storage; ensuring that this is carried out in accordance with Company procedures.
  • To set up, run and report simple projects in accordance with Company Procedures (with support from your Line Manager or a Director).
  • Communicate appropriately with the client at all times during the project to manage expectations, respond to their enquiries promptly and keep them informed of all key outputs.

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in food processing, social sciences, psychology, statistics or economics
  • Some experience in sensory and consumer research, marketing research, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Confident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong social skills, enthusiastic team player
