Welcome to SAM, Mathilde Luke!

Mathilde has joined SAM Sensory and Consumer Research as Associate Director, UK based in our Reading Research Hub.

Mathilde possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience from across the FMCG industry. She holds a Master Degree from ISARA-Lyon, with a specialization in product development in Food and Beverages.

Understanding what really drives the consumer is Mathilde’s passion; she strives to uncover new insights from consumers to truly advance the research she leads.

Prior to joining SAM, Mathilde’s 10 years+ experience in Sensory and Consumer Research was from the client-side. Her background spans both the Food and Beverage and Cosmetics and Fragrance categories working on Food at Nestlé and the world of Fragrances and Skincare at Coty.
