Welcome to SAM, Eugénie Blanc!
Eugénie has joined SAM Sensory and Consumer Research as a ResearchManager, based in Paris. She holds an Engineering degree in Food Science with a specialization in data analysis from Oniris Nantes Atlantic College of Veterinary & Food Science.
Eugénie’s passion for innovation and understanding what really drives the consumer has enabled her success within her consumer and sensory project manager roles across multisector product categories. Her expertise in data science and analytics will be invaluable in helping our clients unlock insights that drive productsuccess and create memorable consumerexperiences.
