Your responsibilities:

 

You will be responsible for the management of ad hoc consumer research projects:

  • Management of customer accounts
  • Taking briefs from clients and writing study proposals.
  • Be a relevant partner for our client recommending the most appropriate methodology according to their needs.
  • Set up, autonomous management and coordination of consumer research projects, working closely with our French and International clients
  • Data analysis and report writing
  • Presentation of the results, including relevant recommendations
  • Working closely with the other members of our research department, consumers, and members of the field teams of our six French sites (Aix en Provence, Lille, Nantes, Paris, Rennes and Toulouse) as well as with our partners abroad (other SAM companies and external field partners)
  • Build and grow a partnership relationship with our industrial customers, advising them in the project stages
  • Actively participate in internal projects, leverage our expertise and contribute with your opinions and ideas to the growth of the company.

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • With an engineering or Master's degree 2, you have at least five years of experience in consumer research in an institute or industry FMCG company.
  • Passionate about your job, you have knowledge of food products and/or cosmetics, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, and statistics.
  • Excellent communication skills written and speaking in French and English is essential.
  • You have fluency with main office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • You are rigorous, responsive and naturally curious; you have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
  • You have a very good relationship skills, building relationships with colleagues and clients easily; you are open-minded and are open to international relations.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and you are a good team player. You are seeking a new challenge that will allow you to develop your professional and personal skills.
  • Experience moderating groups or qualitative face-to-face interviews is a plus.
