Olivier Gautreau completed his Master degree in Food Engineering from AgroParisTech, France. He has a strong background in food engineering and product development. Before joining SAM France, he has been working as a New Product Development Manager in Fruit preparations field (dedicated to Dairy foods). He is Managing Director of SAM Sensory and Marketing International - Branch France.
