Our new large test facility in the heart of Hamburg city assures that measurements and consumer samplings are implemented in a standardised manner that is both time and cost-efficient. With our large, professionally equipped kitchen, we are also able to prepare complex products for testing.

Our new location allows us to be nearer to our customers in the North in order that we can make a greater contribution to regionally-directed sensory consumer research. In particular, the Hamburg location is an ideal workplace for the identification and evaluation of acceptance differences between Northern and Southern Germany, especially as they pertain to regional consumer habits and preferences. An extensive consumer data bank is also available for use.
